NOTE: If when we package your order, the calculated freight is less than what the web site has estimated, your freight charge will be reduced.
Every effort will be made to ship any order the same day if received Monday through Friday before 2pm Pacific Time. Some orders may ship the next business day.
If faster service is needed please call 661-833-4600 to place your order.
Any orders placed over the weekend or holiday will be received the next business day.
If there will be any delays of more than one day you will be contacted by the e-mail address on file.
If any items are found to be out of stock, the customer will be contacted by the e-mail address on file with options as to how the back order would be handled.
Oversize items may require an extra freight charge to ship UPS or by Freight Truck.
For drop shipped items or special orders please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
Please check all shipments before signing the receipt. We no longer have title to products once they leave Victory Circle Chassis Inc.
Any shipment that is refused without authorization will be subject to freight charge backs and handling fees.
We reserve the right to ship with a different carrier as needed to get your order to you in a cost effective yet timely manner.

All Items must have a return goods authorization. (RGA). (Please call or send an e-mail for an RGA number) vcfd@victorycircle.com
The RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
A copy of the original invoice needs to be placed on or inside the box.
Returns must be shipped prepaid.
A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply.
No returns accepted after 60 days.
Returned parts must be normally stocked items and in current packaging.
Discontinued parts cannot be returned.
No returns, Refunds or Exchanges, on Used / Consignment items, Electronic items, Chemicals, Hoses, or Special order items.
