All Items must have an return goods authorization (RGA).
1.   Please call or send an e-mail (vcfd@victorycircle.com) for an RGA number
2.   Package the item in such a way that it will not be damaged in shipping.
3.   Please clearly write the RGA number on the outside of the box and include a copy of the original  invoice in the box.
Note : Returns must be shipped prepaid. A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply. No returns after 60 days. Returned parts must be normally stocked items and in current packaging. Discontinued parts cannot be returned. No returns on used items, electronic items, or special order items.
