Returns,

All Items must have a return goods authorization. (RGA).
(Please call "661-833-4600" or send an e-mail to "[email protected]" for an RGA number)

The RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
A copy of the original invoice needs to be placed on or inside the box.

Returns must be shipped prepaid.
A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply.
No returns accepted after 60 days.

Returned parts must be normally stocked items and in current packaging.
Discontinued parts cannot be returned.
No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges, on Used / Consignment items, Electronic items, Chemicals, Hoses, or Special order items.
